Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, brunch sausages, bacon, warm veal liver pâté with mushrooms, potato rösti, vegetable tart with cottage cheese, spicy chicken wings and make-your-own waffles with maple syrup.
Cold Cuts and Cheese
Ham, chorizo sausage, rolled pork and fresh smoked salmon with smoked cheese salad. Brie and a selection of 3 Danish sliced cheeses/Danbo. Accompanied by two types of homemade jam made from organic berries.
Freshly Baked Bread
Assorted sliced bread, various wholemeal bread rolls, croissants, rye bread, chocolate muffins and brunsviger.
Extra Sides
Greek yogurt in small bowls, fruit salad, floral honey and muesli. Butter, homemade nut cream, mixed nuts, pickled plums, fruit basket and vegetable sticks.
Beverages
Coffee, tea and pressed juices from Funen.
Price per person 330 DKK
Children aged 4-12 years: 165 DKK
Minimum 20 fully paying individuals.
Served between 10:00-14:00.
Buffet is available for 2 hours in accordance with the Danish Food Authority.
The duration of the event is 3 hours unless otherwise agreed.
