At Nyborg Strand, we aim to offer our guests a more sustainable approach to gastronomy. This means that our menu is designed based on the season and our ingredients are sourced locally as much as possible. However, it's not a problem when you are blessed with such great suppliers on your doorstep, like we are.
Most of our greens come from our neighbor at Rosilde Højgaard, while our meat and poultry are sourced from local suppliers who are passionate about their products.

5th February in 1985 marked the beginning of what would become a cherished tradition. Nyborg Strand is particularly renowned among locals in Nyborg for its prime rib. Every evening from 17:00, we offer delicious, unlimited servings of prime rib, accompanied by baked potatoes, French peas, homemade béarnaise sauce, pommes pailles and delightful salads.
