"Gentle as a carpet" – That's what golfers at Sct. Knuds Golf Club say about the fairway – and they're right. The golf course, beautifully situated by Nyborg Fjord, was established with lofty ambitions in 1954 and became one of only 12 courses nationwide at the time.

The course was designed by Englishman Charles Kenneth Cotton, whose pen has contributed to numerous renowned golf courses worldwide. Sct. Knuds still ranks fifth or sixth among Danish courses.

The golf course is truly beautiful – and classically British in its design – with elements of forest, park, and coast distributed over the 18 holes. Some of them run along the forest through a plantation area, while others run closely along Nyborg Fjord. The landscape and westerly winds play an active role in the course's many challenges, but Sct. Knuds is also a course where most can participate to some extent. The course is good and varied in terms of layout and the length of the various holes. The course was also used in the Race to Thailand in 2019 and 2020.

Our cuisine at Nyborg Strand is predominantly crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and it's by no means a coincidence. Partly, our aim is to minimize our environmental impact, which is why you'll find vegetables taking center stage in many of our dishes – and partly, we are fortunate to have access to world-class farmers, suppliers and producers in the area. We infuse craftsmanship, care and dedication into our kitchen, and it's our pleasure to deliver the taste of Nyborg Strand to your plates every day.
